Mass of Priestly Ordination | St. David Church in Madawaska

I don’t know if you know this about Brad Morin or not, but he has one of the most infectious laughs I have encountered. With it, a warm, beautiful smile. His soul is kind and you can see it in his eyes. I am blessed to have been a part of this family’s final step toward their Brad becoming a Priest- something he has known he wanted to do since he was 15 and signed up on the diocesan vocations list.

At 4pm Friday, June 6, 2014, Deacon Brad Morin, 30, of Frenchville, Maine became an Ordained Priest at St. David Church in Madawaska, Me. The St. David Church is a quaint, multilevel Catholic Church in East Madawaska on Route 1 as you’re leaving town. It boasts dark wooden pews, brightly colored stained glass windows all around, and a wrap around balcony to ensure no one misses the service. Chandeliers hang over the pews and wall lamps illuminate the relics down below.

Below are a few of my favorite images from the Ordination Service and the Saint David Church itself.
