So, whilst meandering the Presque Isle Fair, I hear there is a demolition derby. Now, I don’t know if you’ve ever been to one of these, but they’re awesome and I suggest adding it to your bucket list. Don’t know what a bucket list is? Google it.
Personally, I would LOVE to have my 1991 Oldsmobile back just so I could put it in the demolition derby. For those of you who don’t know the history of my boat, here is a short rundown. I put my gear in my car the night before so it’d be one less thing to load up. I locked my car and she was parked in the driveway, closest to the garage. I got up the next morning, preparing for a shoot. When I went out to my car to leave, I noticed something a bit odd. My glove box was hanging open. This was not the first time my car had been broken into in Houston, TX. It would also not be the last time. As soon as I realized my car had been broken into, I searched for my gear. Gone! I was never comfortable in that car again and I partially blame her to this day for it. Now… I’d love to smash her to bits like the following photos. I would not, however, move her radiator to her roof. I’d let her died a slow, miserable death. Good riddance.
I also snapped a couple photos of the moon as well. We stopped for pizza and this is the view we had.
Also, we spotted a hot air balloon in our midst. I’d love to take a hot air balloon ride. I’d have to be tranquilized though, as I am terrified of heights. Ah!
Enjoy and have a great weekend!
